Agile Team Lead (f/m/d)

As an Agile Team Lead at ONEKEY, you will play a key role in enabling high-performing R&D teams by combining people leadership, agile delivery ownership, and cross-functional collaboration. Your role is built around three core pillars: people management, agile leadership with a strong focus on delivery and efficiency, and project administration.

You support and oversee 1–2 senior engineering squads, ensuring clear planning, smooth delivery, and a healthy, trust-based team environment. As a people manager, you lead, mentor, and support senior engineering teams, fostering growth, ownership, and a high-trust culture.

You act as an Agile Lead and Scrum Master, focusing on efficient delivery, continuous improvement, and smooth collaboration across squads. In addition, you take ownership of light project administration, including grant-related documentation, cost tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys working closely with people, products, and processes. While no active software development is required, a strong technical background and deep understanding of modern software delivery enable you to guide teams effectively, remove obstacles, and support informed decision-making.

Facilitation Skills
Confidence in leading agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives

Communication & Conflict Resolution
Excellent communication skills and a constructive approach to conflict management

Multi-Responsibility Ownership
Comfortable balancing people leadership, delivery ownership, and administrative tasks

Process & Tooling
Familiarity with agile frameworks and project management tools

Language Skills

Experience or strong interest in SaaS products and cybersecurity environments is a strong plus
