Job Introduction

As a HR Business Partner at ONEKEY, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our continued growth. In this part-time role (20 hours per week), you will partner closely with leaders across the business to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent while ensuring our people processes scale with the company.

This is a hands-on, generalist role combining strategic HR partnership with end-to-end recruitment. You will work across the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting new colleagues and onboarding them successfully to supporting managers, driving people initiatives, and continuously improving our HR processes.

Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

HR business partnering

  • Partner with managers to support employee development, engagement, and performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leadership on HR-related topics.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and positive working environment.
  • Support organizational changes and people initiatives aligned with business goals.

Performance, learning and employee development

  • Coordinate and continuously improve the performance management process.
  • Support managers in employee development and career planning.
  • Develop and implement learning and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention programs.

HR operations and compliance

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems.
  • Administer leave management and employee data.
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with Hungarian employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and related HR analyses.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • HR Business Partner experience
    Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
  • Recruitment expertise
    Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing through onboarding.
  • Employee relations
    Strong ability to build trusted relationships with managers and employees while handling sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
  • HR operations and employment law
    Good understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Communication skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaboration skills
    Experience working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Structured problem-solving
    Analytical, organized, and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Continuous improvement mindset
    Experience improving HR processes, implementing new initiatives, and using data to support decision-making.
  • Language skills
    Fluent written and spoken English is required. German is considered a strong advantage.
