Regulatory Process Guidance
Specify processes and provide guidance to the development team to help customers effectively comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Compliance Tool Enhancement
Expand the coverage of the Compliance Wizard to include a broader range of guidelines to address industry- or region-specific compliance needs.

Guidance and Interpretation
Provide clear, accurate guidance on interpreting and applying various compliance guidelines, ensuring users can confidently navigate and meet regulatory requirements.

Continuous Monitoring and Updates
Regularly assess and update compliance tools to incorporate the latest revisions of regulatory frameworks and guidelines.

Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback
Align with key stakeholders, (including notified bodies, manufacturers, importers, distributors, and surveillance authorities) to capture their use cases and requirements; and analyse customer feedback to ensure compliance tools meet user needs.

Performance Metrics and Reporting
Measure and report on the coverage of compliance guidelines, customer satisfaction, and the speed of updates to ensure continuous improvement and success in compliance management.

Trend Monitoring
Participate in and contribute to relevant international associations to promote the ONEKEY platform and stay updated on global regulatory trends.

Compliance Implementation Experience
Experience implementing compliance guidelines within product development, audits, or certification processes.

Regulatory Framework Familiarity
Familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards, such as:

• Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
• Radio Equipment Directive (RED II)
• IEC 62443/ TISAX / ISO 14971 (Information Security & Safety)
• ISO 21434 / ISO 26262 (Automotive)
• ISO 27001 / ISO 9001 (General Information Security & Quality Management)

‍Conceptual Thinking & Results Focus
Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.

Language Proficiency
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for effective communication in our international environment.

Remote Collaboration Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed international team, using remote collaboration tools effectively.

Additional Skills & Experience

Secure Development Lifecycle Knowledge
Understanding of secure software development lifecycles, including best practices for integrating compliance into development workflows.

Certification Experience
Experience working with product certifications and regulatory authorities, contributing to successful audits and approvals.

IoT & Embedded Systems Familiarity
Experience with IoT or embedded products, or a general understanding of the embedded systems ecosystem is not a must, but it is a huge plus.

Scripting Proficiency
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Python) to support tool development or automation is not a must but it is a huge plus.
